Permanent Residence
Permanent Residence in the USA, often referred to as "Green Card" status, is essentially available from the US Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service to aliens via (1) US relatives (Relative Cases), (2) Occupational Eligibility (Employment Cases), or (3) Diversity.
